Hi, My name is Cameron. I Started rock climbing when I was 21 and 10 years later I still love it as much as day one. I fell in love with climbing because it makes me focus on my body and mind and generate a peaceful mind. I am also a 200 registered yoga teacher and enjoy the use of breathing techniques to help us climb and reach our potential.
