About
I have been climbing since I am ten years old. In Germany, where I grew up, I was lucky to attend the "German Alp Club". As part of their youth team I enjoyed weekly training sessions. I spend many years climbing on the gym wall until I discovered outdoor rock climbing. A few club-organized trips to France and Germany opened my mind and sparked my desire to explore more and more. My life changed in 2008 when I moved to San Diego. I fell in love with year round climbing in San Diego and California. Suddenly I was exposed to a variety of rock types, different climbing techniques, longer routes and more advanced rope skills. While perfecting these skills, I discovered the great potential and endless opportunities that rocks and mountains have. My mission is to make rock climbing accessible to everybody and teach a safe way to practice the sport. I want to share my passion and inspire other climbers through a high standard of education. AMGA certified "Rock Instructor" since 2012
