About
I live in Salt Lake City, Utah, where I work as a mountain guide and enjoy the mountains and the desert landscapes through climbing, skiing and hiking. I am married to Rachel and we are proud parents of Ela and Yara (born Jan 2017 and Jan 2019). Being born with dual citizenship between the US and Switzerland, I have taken full advantage and lived equally long in each place. Through this I became accustomed and experienced with the European Alps and the mountains of the western US. In addition to English, I can crack jokes in German, Italian, Rumantsch, and French. I have a weakness for dark Swiss chocolate. In order to follow my other interest, I have earned a master in forest management from ETH Zurich.
